Directions

ICB is located at the NW intersection of Jibek Jolu and Isanova (the non-mountain side of the road). The address is Jibek Jolu Street 529.

In Russian: ул. Жибек Жолу 529 (пересекает Исанова).

1. At the intersection, walk West on Jibek Jolu about 20 meters or so until you see a metal gate in the wall on your right. 
2. Enter through the gate and close it behind you.
3. Walk straight into the courtyard and enter through the main door.
