Psalms of Ascents: 120-134

Summer time is often a time for journeys and transitions.  This cluster of psalms known as the Psalms of Ascents are most appropriate for our consideration in this season!  They may be for us like a guidebook for pilgrims who are walking the journey of faith. Filled with language of the reality of the messiness of life alongside language which offers hope and courage, they may bring strength and joy to our souls if only we will listen and pay attention.  May God be glorified in our consideration of these great songs!
